Story SHOW HOPE : Thanks to the lighthouse there is contact between the people on this drilling platform and the mainland. Here memories rule, reflections that one is not alone in this world.
But from ashore no one neither can see the platform, nor the bright beam from the lighthouse, questioning themselves if the people on the oil rig are aware that alternative fuels are far more important then the use of high-tech fossil fuels. Hope is focused on a turn of the tide in our thinking. Stop fuelling our dependence on oil. Hoping that thoughts collide, lead to discussions, conclusions and solutions, instead of endless twaddle.
